مرحبًا بكم في موقع ريفت ڤالي فارمز.
تنظم شروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط") استخدامكم لموقع riftvalleyfarms.ps وجميع الخدمات والمنتجات التي نقدمها من خلاله. ويُعد دخولكم إلى الموقع أو استخدامه أو تقديم طلب شراء عبره موافقةً منكم على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. وإذا كنتم لا توافقون على أي من هذه الشروط، فيرجى عدم استخدام الموقع.
1. من نحن
ريفت ڤالي فارمز هي شركة فلسطينية متخصصة في إنتاج وتسويق وتوريد المنتجات الزراعية الفلسطينية عالية الجودة، بما في ذلك تمور المجهول العضوية والتقليدية، وزيت الزيتون، والبهارات، والأعشاب، والصابون، وغيرها من المنتجات الفلسطينية المختارة بعناية.
2. استخدام الموقع
يوافق المستخدم على استخدام الموقع للأغراض القانونية فقط، وعدم القيام بأي نشاط قد يؤدي إلى:
- مخالفة القوانين أو الأنظمة المعمول بها.
- تعطيل أو إلحاق الضرر بالموقع أو بخدماته.
- محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أنظمة الموقع أو خوادمه.
- إدخال أو نشر أي برامج ضارة أو فيروسات أو تعليمات برمجية خبيثة.
- استخدام الموقع بأي طريقة قد تؤثر على تجربة المستخدمين الآخرين.
تحتفظ مزارع وادي الريف بحق تعليق أو إنهاء وصول أي مستخدم يسيء استخدام الموقع.
3. أهلية الاستخدام
باستخدامكم لهذا الموقع، فإنكم تقرّون بأنكم:
- تبلغون من العمر 18 عامًا على الأقل، أو تستخدمون الموقع تحت إشراف ولي الأمر أو الوصي القانوني.
- تقدمون معلومات صحيحة ودقيقة وكاملة.
- تتمتعون بالأهلية القانونية لإبرام العقود.
4. المنتجات
نسعى إلى تقديم معلومات دقيقة حول جميع المنتجات المعروضة على الموقع، بما في ذلك الوصف والصور والأسعار.
ونظرًا لأن معظم منتجاتنا زراعية وطبيعية، فقد تختلف بعض المنتجات اختلافًا بسيطًا في:
- اللون
- الحجم
- الشكل
- الملمس
- درجة الحلاوة
- المظهر العام
وتعد هذه الاختلافات طبيعية ولا تعتبر عيبًا في المنتج.
كما نحتفظ بحق تعديل أو إيقاف بيع أي منتج في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
5. الأسعار
يتم عرض جميع الأسعار بالعملة المحددة على الموقع.
ونسعى جاهدين إلى ضمان صحة الأسعار، إلا أنه قد تحدث أخطاء غير مقصودة.
وفي حال وجود خطأ واضح في السعر، تحتفظ مزارع وادي الريف بحق إلغاء الطلب وإبلاغ العميل بذلك.
كما يجوز لنا تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت، ولن يؤثر ذلك على الطلبات التي تم تأكيدها مسبقًا.
6. الطلبات
عند تقديم طلب عبر الموقع، فإن ذلك يُعد طلبًا لشراء المنتجات المعروضة.
ويحق لمزارع وادي الريف قبول أو رفض أي طلب، أو إلغاؤه في الحالات التالية:
- عدم توفر المنتج.
- وجود خطأ في السعر.
- الاشتباه بوجود استخدام احتيالي أو غير مشروع.
- تعذر تنفيذ الطلب لأسباب تشغيلية.
ولا يعتبر الطلب مقبولًا إلا بعد تأكيده من قبل مزارع وادي الريف.
7. الدفع
يعتمد موقع riftvalleyfarms.ps حاليًا على الدفع عند الاستلام.
يوافق العميل على سداد كامل قيمة الطلب عند استلامه.
وتحتفظ ريفت ڤالي فارمز بحق رفض الطلبات المستقبلية في حال تكرار رفض استلام الطلبات أو الامتناع عن السداد دون سبب مشروع.
8. الشحن والتوصيل
تتم عمليات الشحن والتوصيل وفقًا لسياسة الشحن المنشورة على الموقع، والتي تُعد جزءًا من شروط الاستخدام هذه.
نسعى لتوصيل الطلبات ضمن المدة المتوقعة، إلا أننا لا نضمن مواعيد تسليم محددة، وقد تحدث بعض التأخيرات نتيجة ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.
9. الإرجاع والاسترداد
تخضع جميع طلبات الإرجاع والاسترداد لسياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد المنشورة على الموقع، والتي تُعد جزءًا من شروط الاستخدام هذه.
10. الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتويات الموجودة على هذا الموقع، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
- العلامات التجارية.
- الشعارات.
- الصور.
- الفيديوهات.
- النصوص.
- التصاميم.
- الرسومات.
- أوصاف المنتجات.
- المواد التسويقية.
هي ملك لمزارع وادي الريف أو تُستخدم بموجب ترخيص، ويحظر نسخها أو إعادة إنتاجها أو استخدامها دون موافقة خطية مسبقة.
11. الاستخدام المقبول
يتعهد المستخدم بعدم:
- استخدام الموقع لأي غرض غير قانوني.
- محاولة اختراق أو تعطيل الموقع.
- نسخ أو إعادة نشر محتوى الموقع دون إذن.
- استخدام أي وسائل آلية لاستخراج بيانات الموقع دون موافقة.
12. إخلاء المسؤولية
نسعى إلى أن تكون جميع المعلومات المنشورة على الموقع دقيقة ومحدثة.
ومع ذلك، لا تقدم مزارع وادي الريف أي ضمان بأن جميع المعلومات ستكون خالية تمامًا من الأخطاء أو السهو.

13. حدود المسؤولية

وفي حال نشوء أي نزاع يتعلق باستخدام الموقع أو هذه الشروط، تكون المحاكم الفلسطينية المختصة صاحبة الاختصاص بالنظر فيه.

Prices may change at any time; however, such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
6. Orders
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase our products.
Rift Valley Farms reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability.
- Pricing errors.
- Suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity.
- Operational or logistical constraints.
An order is considered accepted only after it has been confirmed by Rift Valley Farms.
7. Payment
Orders placed through riftvalleyfarms.ps are currently paid using Cash on Delivery (COD).
By placing an order, you agree to pay the full order value upon delivery.
Rift Valley Farms reserves the right to refuse future orders if previous Cash on Delivery orders have been repeatedly refused or left unpaid without reasonable justification.
8. Shipping and Delivery
All deliveries are subject to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

is the property of Rift Valley Farms or is used under licence.
