Refund & Returns Policy

في ريفت ڤالي فارمز، نفتخر بتقديم منتجات زراعية فلسطينية عالية الجودة، ويتم فحص كل طلب بعناية قبل تجهيزه وتسليمه لضمان وصوله إليكم بأفضل حالة ممكنة.

في حال واجهتم أي مشكلة في طلبكم، سنعمل على معالجتها بأسرع وقت وبكل شفافية وعدالة.

1. سياسة الاسترجاع

نظرًا لطبيعة منتجاتنا الغذائية، لا يمكننا قبول إرجاع المنتجات الغذائية بعد استلامها، وذلك حفاظًا على معايير سلامة الغذاء وجودته.

2. المنتجات التالفة أو الطلبات غير الصحيحة

إذا استلمتم:

منتجًا تالفًا؛
منتجًا مختلفًا عن الذي تم طلبه؛ أو
منتجًا غير صالح للاستهلاك،

يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب.

وللمساعدة في معالجة طلبكم، قد نطلب:

رقم الطلب.
وصفًا للمشكلة.
صورًا واضحة للمنتج والتغليف.

3. الاسترداد أو الاستبدال

بعد مراجعة الطلب، قد تقوم مزارع وادي الريف، حسب الحالة، بما يلي:

استبدال المنتج المتضرر.
استرداد قيمة المنتج المتضرر.
تقديم رصيد (Credit) لاستخدامه في طلب مستقبلي.

وبالنسبة للطلبات التي تم دفعها عند الاستلام، سيتم الاتفاق مع العميل على الطريقة المناسبة لإتمام عملية الاسترداد.

4. المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع

لا يمكننا قبول إرجاع أو استرداد المنتجات في الحالات التالية:

إذا تم فتح المنتج أو استهلاكه.
إذا تعرض المنتج للتلف نتيجة سوء التخزين أو الاستخدام بعد التسليم.
إذا تم طلب المنتج عن طريق الخطأ من قبل العميل.
إذا كانت الاختلافات في اللون أو الحجم أو الشكل أو الملمس ناتجة عن الطبيعة الزراعية للمنتج.

5. المنتجات الطبيعية

جميع منتجاتنا هي منتجات زراعية طبيعية، ولذلك قد توجد اختلافات بسيطة في:

اللون.
الحجم.
الشكل.
الملمس.
درجة الحلاوة.
المظهر العام.

وتُعد هذه الاختلافات طبيعية ولا تعتبر عيبًا في المنتج.

6. إلغاء الطلب

إذا رغبتم في إلغاء الطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن.

يمكن إلغاء الطلب قبل البدء بتجهيزه أو شحنه.

أما بعد تجهيز الطلب أو خروجه للتوصيل، فقد لا يكون بالإمكان إلغاؤه.

7. الدفع عند الاستلام

يعتمد موقع riftvalleyfarms.ps حاليًا على الدفع عند الاستلام.

وفي حال الموافقة على استرداد المبلغ، سيتم الاتفاق مع العميل على وسيلة الاسترداد المناسبة، سواء نقدًا أو من خلال تحويل بنكي أو أي وسيلة أخرى يتم الاتفاق عليها.

At Rift Valley Farms, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Every order is carefully prepared and inspected before it leaves our facility to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it as quickly and fairly as possible.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our food products, we are unable to accept returns once products have been delivered.

This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety and product quality.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

A damaged product;
An incorrect product; or
A product that appears unsuitable for consumption,

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us investigate your claim, we may request:

Your order number;
A description of the issue; and
Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

3. Refunds and Replacements

Once your claim has been reviewed, Rift Valley Farms may, where appropriate:

Replace the affected product;
Refund the value of the affected product; or
Provide store credit for a future purchase.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be arranged using a mutually agreed method.

4. Products That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that:

Have been opened or consumed;
Have been damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery;
Were ordered incorrectly by the customer; or
Show natural variations in colour, size, texture, or appearance that are characteristic of agricultural products.

5. Natural Products

Our products are naturally grown agricultural products.

As a result, slight variations in:

Colour;
Size;
Shape;
Texture;
Sweetness; and
Appearance

are natural characteristics of the product and should not be considered defects.

6. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been prepared or dispatched.

Once an order has been prepared for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.

7. Cash on Delivery

Orders placed through riftvalleyfarms.ps are currently paid using Cash on Delivery (COD).

If a refund is approved, we will arrange reimbursement using a mutually agreed method, such as cash, bank transfer, or store credit.
